Rewards Program Guidelines

Photo Prop Floors & Backdrops, LLC Rewards Program

Each time you purchase backdrops or floordrops from the Photo Prop Floors & Backdrops website, you'll earn 1 reward point for every dollar spent on these items. (Exclusions apply: discounted drops, gift certificates, The Perfect Posie, Other newborn items, stands/frames, Testers, Taxes and shipping fees do not qualify.)

Redeem your reward points for the following options:

USA CUSTOMERS: 1600 points = (1) 60"x80" Fleece Fabric Backdrop or Floordrop

AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS: 2300 points = (1) 1.5x2m Fabric Frames/Sleeve OR (1) 1.5x2m Photex Fabric Backdrop or Floordrop

UK CUSTOMERS: ____ =

EUROPE CUSTOMERS: _____ =

SOUTH AFRICA CUSTOMERS: 1760 points = (1) 1.5x2m 'Fabric' Print

Rewards points are automatically awarded for purchases of printed backdrops and floordrops (only), effective February 2, 2012. No other products sold by PPF&B apply to the rewards program at this time.

Managing Your Rewards Points

To check your reward points balance: -Simply click the My Account link at the top of our homepage and login into your account with the email address and password you signed up with when you placed your orders.
-To see your current rewards points scroll down to the section that says:

My Rewards

*You can also click "view details" to see your rewards history in more detail.

To redeem your reward points:

-Simply click the My Account link at the top of our homepage and login into your account with the email address and password you signed up with when you placed your orders.
-To see your current rewards points scroll down to the section that says:

My Rewards

-Click the link that says "Redeem."

-You will be presented with the 2 options for redemption that you have to choose from (you can click on each to read more in detail).

-Once you have chosen the option that you would like to select click the "Redeem" button beneath that option.

-You will be prompted to review your redemption order (please review your selection carefully).

-Click "Click here to redeem" to submit the redemption request.

-You will receive an email from our website with your gift certificate code to use on a future order.

You must order what you redeemed!

For example:
You are not permitted to order a smaller size backdrop and put the remaining credit towards shipping and taxes. The redemption must be used on the specific item you redeemed in the size & material you selected.
You are not permitted to order a smaller size backdrop along with other items from our website and use the remaining credit towards those non-backdrop related items. The redemption must be used on the specific item you redeemed in the size & material you selected.

Important Reminders:

* Rewards points do not cover shipping fees or taxes at redemption.
* Rewards redemption offers cannot be combined with any other offer such as a sale code/discount.
* Purchases in our Facebook Group or Etsy shop do not earn rewards points.
* Rewards points cover our standard RETAIL cost of the backdrop.
* Purchases made prior to February 2, 2012 do not qualify for Reward Points.
* Rewards redemption orders cannot be combined with the order you're receiving points from. It must be used on a future order of your choosing. We will not combine the shipments.

Terms and Conditions: * If you cash in your rewards points you must redeem them within 6 months or they will expire.

* Rewards points on your account expire after 1 year of issuance.

* Photo Prop Floors & Backdrops, LLC reserves the right to end this program or change the parameters at any time, at their sole discretion.
