It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly read product descriptions, policies, and FAQs prior to purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge full understanding and agreement with our store policies.
Color Disclaimer / Printing Process
Please note that colors may appear differently on your screen than they do in print. We are not responsible for slight color variations between digital mockups and the final printed product. All digital screens (phones, tablets, monitors) display color using the sRGB color mode which is optimized for light-based display, not print. However, our FABRIC BASED backdrops and floordrops, non skid floormats, and flat mats are professionally printed using dye sublimation, a process that uses CMYK color values (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). This is standard for most high-quality printing.Because of this difference: What you see on your screen (sRGB) may not exactly match the printed product (CMYK). The printer must convert your sRGB file to CMYK, and during this conversion, some colors may shift. Colors like neons, metallics (e.g., gold), and rich purples/blues are especially difficult to match exactly because they fall outside CMYK's printable range. Solid colors or soft gradients may also appear slightly different in print compared to your digital preview. This is a normal part of the print process, and slight variations are to be expected. We do our best to maintain color integrity, but perfect screen-to-print matching is not guaranteed in this process.
Our design prints may differ in color, tone and saturation if printed to different fabric versus a non skid floor mat. Each can have a different colour profile, saturation and tone. Please do not attempt to match in different fabrics. Color may also vary slightly between materials due to the nature of how each substrate absorbs and renders ink. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reprints based on perceived color discrepancies, as these are a natural result of the printing process.
Due to the wide variety of monitor settings, screen calibrations, and individual viewing environments, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your device will exactly match the colors of the printed backdrop. Slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur, and these do not qualify as defects.
White Unprinted / Light Colored Backdrops:
Our fabric prints and floormats are created using the dye sublimation process, where heat is used to turn solid dye into gas, which then permanently bonds with the fabric fibers. This produces a durable, vibrant, and long-lasting print that won't peel or crack when used and cared for properly.
Dye sublimation uses the CMYK color model, but it cannot print white ink. Any areas meant to appear white in your design will simply be left unprinted, allowing the base color of the fabric to show through. As such, if the fabric is not a bright, neutral white, those areas may appear slightly grey, blue, or magenta depending on the fabric tint and lighting.
If your project requires precise, clean whites without any tint, we recommend checking with us before ordering or considering another material or printing process better suited for your specific needs.
Large Format Printing
Large format printing, such as your backdrops, are designed to be used in photographic settings and are intended to be viewed from a standard subject-to-backdrop distance (typically 4 to 6 feet). Your backdrops are designed to be in the depth of field (DOF) Inspecting the backdrop at extremely close range (e.g., within inches) may reveal pixelation, pattern irregularities, or AI artifacts that are not visible or relevant in normal use. By purchasing large format printed products, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Material & Print Disclaimer
Due to the nature of large-format and digital printing, small flaws or inconsistencies may occasionally occur, especially in solid-color, semi-solid, and textured designs. These types of prints are purchased at your own risk, and minor printing imperfections will not be eligible for return, reprint, or refund.
Due to the nature of fabric printing, minor flaws should be expected. Occasionally, small fibers or pieces of fuzz may dislodge during the printing process, resulting in tiny white/unprinted spots. These are a natural part of the material and are not considered defects. If your print arrives with a small spot or mark, it may be due to the high-traffic environment of the print facility. We recommend washing the item on a gentle, cold cycle to remove any surface transfer marks before reaching out.
Vinyl Prints: Vinyl is made through a compounding process where resin and additives are mixed. As a result, minor blemishes or variations in texture may occur. These natural characteristics do not affect the quality of the print or its photographic performance and are not considered defects.
Hand-Cutting/Print Sizing: Please note that some of our materials may be hand-cut, which may result in slight variations in the final dimensions. While we strive to match the advertised size as closely as possible, small discrepancies can occur due to the handmade nature of the cutting process. These minor differences are not considered defects but rather a normal characteristic of handcrafted production.
Due to the heat transfer process and hemming, some designs may lose a slight portion along the edges.
AI-Generated Design Disclaimer
Some of our backdrop designs are created using AI-assisted digital tools. This design process can occasionally produce minor surreal elements or irregularities, such as unusual object shapes, slight asymmetry, or abstract details. Minor anomalies such as irregular patterns, surreal textures, or unexpected visual elements may be present. These characteristics are a natural and expected part of AI-generated artwork, and they contribute to the unique, artistic feel of each design.
They are not considered flaws, defects, or grounds for return or refund. We recommend reviewing all product photos and close-up views before placing an order. If you have questions about a specific design, please feel free to reach out prior to purchasing.
Handmade Designs
Many of our backdrop designs are handcrafted. As a result, slight imperfections, variations, or irregularities may occur. These are considered normal and are an intentional part of the artisanal process. Such characteristics contribute to the uniqueness and charm of each piece and will not be considered defects. We do not offer refunds, reprints, or exchanges for minor flaws inherent to handmade sets. We encourage customers to carefully review product images and descriptions before placing an order.
Sourcing of materials, and the ongoing availability of our current existing fabrics:
Due to the nature of textile supply chains, the base fabrics used in our products may change over time. Variations in stretch, texture, and ease of installation may occur as a result of changes in available materials. These variations are not considered defects. We reserve the right to make adjustments to our base fabrics as needed, provided that the final product remains consistent with our quality standards when used and cleaned as recommended.
Stain Resistance Notice
Our SEG (Silicone Edge Graphic) Sleeves are printed using a high-quality dye sublimation process on durable polyester fabric. This method infuses the ink directly into the fibers, resulting in vibrant, long-lasting prints that are resistant to fading, cracking, or peeling under normal use.
However, please note:
These fabrics are stain-resistant, not stain-proof. While the surface helps repel many water-based substances and allows for gentle spot cleaning, stains from oil-based, greasy, or dark-pigmented materials may set permanently.
For Cake Smash Sessions:
If you choose to use SEG Sleeves during cake smash photography, we strongly recommend:
- Avoiding cakes or frostings made with vegetable shortening (e.g., Crisco), buttercream, or other oily bases. These can leave irreversible stains on the fabric.
- Opting for whipped cream, sponge cake, or other low-fat, light-colored options where possible.
- Placing a protective barrier layer (like parchment paper or a disposable mat) between the cake and the fabric backdrop if you’re unsure of the ingredients.
- Cleaning the fabric immediately after use with mild soap and water to minimize staining risk.
The fabric has not been tested for exposure to:
- Common party items like spaghetti, pizza, sauces, paints, slime, etc.
We advise you to conduct a spot test before using any substance on the fabric to ensure it won’t leave a permanent mark. Ultimately, customers are responsible for the condition and use of their fabric backdrops. We do not provide refunds or replacements for stains resulting from improper use.
Sales or Promotions
Photo Prop Floors & Backdrops, LLC shall have the right to refuse, cancel, or end any sales advertised at any time during the sale period. It is at Photo Prop Floors & Backdrops, LLC's sole discretion to have promotions on this or any other site. If a said sale is canceled or ends early, Photo Prop Floors & Backdrops, LLC shall not be responsible to offer the discount or promotion after the sale has ceased.
Current sales or promotions do not apply to prior orders.
Turnaround Time
Our production and shipping timelines vary based on the type and volume of your order. While we strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Delays due to shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances are not within our control. Please see our FAQs for turnaround estimates for each region we support.
Production and shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high order volumes, especially during sales, and we advised that you do not schedule photoshoots until you have received their products.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product or sale is listed incorrectly or at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Photo Prop Floors & Backdrops, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Photo Prop Floors & Backdrops, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method billed. If your payment account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Photo Prop Floors & Backdrops, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping Fees:
Additional shipping fees may apply for orders containing multiple items, especially if they ship from different locations. Customers will be contacted to cover any additional shipping costs before printing commences.
International Shipping:
If your order is being shipped from outside of your home country, you are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional delivery charges that may be imposed by your country’s customs authority or postal service. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Photo Prop Floors & Backdrops, LLC is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. We do not have details on this information so please contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country.
Payment
We accept payment via Paypal, credit card, and Klarna (where available). Please be sure to provide your correct address and telephone number when you submit your order. Incorrect information could cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your payment.
Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Georgia, USA.

Shipping Loss & Damage Disclaimer
Once the product has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss caused during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Orders marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier are considered delivered. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software to use the files.
Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Cancellations are not permitted once production has begun. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Customization Errors
We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted customization details, including incorrect spelling, file uploads, sizing, or design approvals. Please review all submissions carefully before finalizing your order.
Chargeback & Fraudulent Dispute
Customers who initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may be banned from future purchases and reported to relevant fraud prevention databases. We reserve the right to dispute and pursue chargebacks to the fullest extent of the law.
Copyright Notice
When you purchase a physical product from us, you are granted a personal-use license to use that item in your own photography sessions and business marketing. This does not grant permission to reproduce, alter, or distribute the design in any form, nor to use it as part of any product for resale or commercial redistribution.
Violations of these intellectual property terms may result in legal action, including civil and/or criminal penalties. We actively monitor usage of our content and designs online, including marketplaces and social media.
Social Media
